Please read these terms carefully before using All Packed. By using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By downloading, installing, or using the All Packed mobile application ("App") or any related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and All Packed ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age or have parental consent to use the Service.
All Packed is a family packing and closet management application that provides:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To use All Packed, you must create an account with a valid email address and verify it via OTP. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Parent accounts may create and manage child profiles. The parent account holder is responsible for all activity on their family account, including child profiles. You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account and manage child profiles.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account information updated. Impersonation of others or providing false information may result in immediate account termination.
All Packed offers both a free tier with basic features and a premium "PRO" subscription with advanced features. Premium features require an active subscription.
Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on your device.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store or Play Store settings.
Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not independently issue refunds for subscription payments.
You agree not to use All Packed to:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.
All Packed and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you create within the App (closet items, lists, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our App or its content without our express written permission.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Packed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app (Profile → App Preferences → Delete Account) or via our account deletion page.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
